TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they apply to the provision of my professional services. By making an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you are unable or unwilling to agree to these terms and conditions, please do not book an appointment or continue with your course of therapy.
By signing the Client Agreement, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Client Agreement.

THE DISCOVERY CALL - A FREE INITIAL CALL
All new clients will be offered a free 45-minute initial telephone call. No therapy will be provided during this call. The purpose of this Discovery Call is for you to ask any questions you may have, discuss what you would like to achieve from the session and determine if we are a good fit for working together.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
Full payment is due prior to booking your sessions.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact me directly by email or phone at least 48 hours before your session.

REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of sessions. Session fees are for your therapist's time and professional expertise and are not a guarantee of a successful outcome. No refunds will be given for any sessions that you have paid for, attended, and completed the session. If you choose to discontinue your therapy process before attending all the sessions in a pre-paid discount package or therapy program, a pro-rata refund will be issued after deducting the full standard session fee for any sessions you have attended.

SESSION FEES
All professional fees are disclosed before booking. Our fees are subject to review and may increase from time to time. You will always receive confirmation of the professional fees before booking.

PAYMENT METHOD
Payment may be made online via credit/debit card or other secure payment methods.

CONTACT BETWEEN SESSIONS
Any contact between sessions will be by telephone or email during office hours only, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. Messages received outside of these hours will be dealt with during office hours only.

MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS
Your therapist may ask questions about your medical history to establish any contraindications to treatment. This will also help assess whether your health is affecting (or being affected by) the therapeutic goals you wish to achieve. Please update your therapist of any medical changes during your course of therapy or if you are returning to therapy after a period of absence.
If you are receiving care or treatment from any medical, healthcare, or therapy practitioner, e.g., GP, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or Counsellor, you may be asked to seek their permission before any therapy sessions can commence.
Please note that our services cannot be provided if you suffer from epilepsy or any form of psychosis.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our sessions.

ATTENDING YOUR SESSIONS
Please ensure that you are available at your session start time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Your therapist will do their best to make a full session available, but this cannot be guaranteed, as it will depend on bookings after your session.

PARTICIPATION
You agree to give your RTT therapist full permission to hypnotise you and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) knowing that by participating fully in the process and by listening to your personalised transformational audio recording for 21 days you play an important role in your overall success. You hereby grant permission to your RTT therapist to respectfully lift your arm, touch your shoulder, or rock your head during your Rapid Transformational session(s) in order to help facilitate the deepening process of hypnosis. This is not applicable to clients having sessions on zoom.

DISCLAIMER
Hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition. It is not intended to replace any medical or psychological treatments or interventions. The information provided by your therapist should not be used as a substitute for the advice of an appropriately qualified and licensed physician or other healthcare provider. The information provided here is for educational and informational purposes only. In no way should it be considered as offering medical advice. AUDIO RECORDINGS
You understand that the transformational audio recordings provided by your RTT therapist should be listened to as instructed by your therapist, and you agree not to listen to the recordings while driving or operating heavy machinery, as these recordings are designed to induce a relaxed state of mind. You also agree not to share, copy or distribute these recordings to any third parties without the explicit written consent of your RTT therapist.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided by your RTT therapist, including but not limited to, written materials, audio recordings, and session content, are the intellectual property of your RTT therapist and are protected by copyright. You agree not to share, copy, distribute or use these materials for any purpose other than your personal use without the explicit written consent of your RTT therapist.

ETHICS AND PROFESSIONALISM
Your RTT therapist is committed to maintaining the highest level of ethics and professionalism in their practice. They will always act in your best interest, treating you with respect and providing services according to established best practices in the field of hypnotherapy and RTT.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You understand that your success in therapy depends on your active participation and commitment to the process. You agree to attend all scheduled sessions on time, complete any assigned tasks or exercises, and communicate honestly and openly with your RTT therapist about your concerns, progress, and any difficulties you may encounter during the course of your therapy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, your RTT therapist's liability for any claim, loss, damage, or injury arising out of their professional services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services. In no event shall your RTT therapist be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of their services.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms and conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, along with any signed Client Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and your RTT therapist with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.

By signing the Client Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. You also confirm that you have provided accurate and truthful information during your initial consultation and throughout your therapy sessions.
