CHOOSE YOUR THINKING
Change Your Thinking. Change Your Life.
A 12-week live group programme with Michelle Irvine
Have you ever felt like you keep coming back to the same thoughts, the same habits or the same situations, even though you genuinely want things to change?
Choose Your Thinking is a practical 12-week programme designed to help you understand how your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours influence the results you experience in your life, and, more importantly, what you can begin to do differently.
Over 12 weeks, Michelle will guide you through a different area of your thinking each week, helping you become more self-aware, challenge limiting beliefs, build confidence and start creating positive changes that last.

Are You Ready to Make a Change?
Sometimes we know that something needs to change, but we don't know where to start.
You may have tried setting goals, changing habits or simply telling yourself that this time will be different — only to find yourself slipping back into familiar patterns.
Michelle's approach starts somewhere different.
It starts with the way you think.
The programme explores the connection between your thoughts, feelings, actions, habits, beliefs and ultimately the results you create — something that is illustrated throughout the accompanying workbook.
As Michelle explains in the workbook:
“Real transformation begins in the mind.”
The aim isn't to become someone else. It's about understanding yourself better, recognising the patterns that may be holding you back and learning practical ways to think differently and move forward.
Your 12-Week Journey
Every week introduces a different theme, with Michelle guiding the group through the subject during a 90-minute live Zoom session.
You'll then use your workbook throughout the week to reflect on what you've learned and put it into practice.
The 12 Weekly Themes
Week 1 — Decisions
Recognising where a decision needs to be made and understanding how making that decision can become the starting point for change.
Week 2 — Attitude
Looking at how your attitude influences how you respond to situations, challenges and opportunities.
Week 3 — Accept or Reject
Learning to recognise the thoughts you allow into your mind and understanding that you don't have to accept every thought as truth.
Week 4 — Self-Awareness
Becoming more conscious of your thoughts, behaviours and patterns so you can begin changing the things that aren't serving you.
Week 5 — Responsibility
Exploring your ability to respond differently, take ownership of your choices and keep moving forward.
Week 6 — Food for Thought
Looking at what you continually feed your mind and how those inputs can influence your thoughts, beliefs and behaviour.
Week 7 — Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe
Exploring the people, conversations and environments around you and the influence they can have on your thinking.
Week 8 — What You Focus On Expands
Understanding how where you consistently place your attention can influence your thoughts and actions.
Week 9 — I'll Believe It When I See It
Challenging the idea that you have to see change before you can believe change is possible.
Week 10 — I Am Enough
Exploring self-belief, confidence and the internal dialogue that influences how you see yourself.
Week 11 — I Can't to I Can
Recognising limiting language and beliefs and beginning to replace them with thoughts that support action and possibility.
Week 12 — Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway
Understanding that fear doesn't always need to disappear before you take action — and bringing everything you've learned together to move forward.
These are the 12 themes Michelle has structured throughout the workbook.

This Isn't Just a Course You'll Listen To
You'll actually work through it.
One of the things I'd emphasise strongly on the website is the workbook because it differentiates Michelle's programme from a series of online talks.
Every participant receives Michelle's specially developed Choose Your Thinking Workbook.
It's designed to accompany you throughout the entire 12 weeks, giving you somewhere to record your thoughts, challenge old patterns, create new habits and continue working between the weekly sessions.
The workbook includes weekly exercises, reflection activities, repetition exercises, gratitude practices and space to put what you're learning into action.
The programme encourages participants to commit to the full 12 weeks, set aside the 90-minute weekly session and make the daily practices part of their routine.
This isn't about simply learning something new.
It's about applying it to your own life.

A message from Michelle
I'm Michelle, and before I tell you about my qualifications, I want you to know something more important:
I'm human, just like you.
I've experienced setbacks, disappointments, failures, emotional blocks, self-doubt and times when I've felt completely stuck.
For years I wondered why I kept repeating the same patterns despite wanting my life to be different.
That journey led me to study the mind.
Through professional training, personal development and investing in my own growth, I began to understand how our thoughts, beliefs and the conversations we have with ourselves influence our lives.
I've seen people break through limiting beliefs, build confidence, improve relationships and create lives they never thought were possible — because they changed what was happening on the inside first.
My goal with Choose Your Thinking is to share practical, easy-to-understand tools that you can apply to your own life.
I don't want to tell you what to think. I want to help you understand how you think.
Michelle describes both her personal experience and her professional background in the opening of the workbook, and identifies her mission as helping people understand their thinking, develop self-awareness and create lasting change.
