If I had to give one word to describe myself it would be passionate. I’ve spent my entire adult life on a journey of self-discovery and personal development, training in different methods of therapy including CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and studying the science of the mind and I am so passionate about helping people change their lives for the better, just like I’ve done with mine.
